Welcome to Barkingham Palace Salon. To ensure the best care for your pets and a smooth experience for all our clients, we have established the following terms and conditions.
Appointment Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled service cost.
Late Arrivals
To maintain our schedule and provide full service to every client, guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to be rescheduled and a late fee may apply.
Pet Health & Safety
The safety of your pet is our primary concern. Please inform us of any medical conditions, skin allergies, or behavioral issues prior to the groom. All pets must be up to date with their vaccinations. Please make us aware of any conditions as including allergies as the salon can't be held responsible for any adverse reaction to shampoos etc. Please ensure your dog is insured as in the event of an injury of illness during grooming, a vet may be called at the clients cost.
Matted Coats
While we aim to achieve the look you desire, the welfare of the dog comes first. If a coat is severely matted, it may be necessary to clip the coat short for the comfort and health of the pet. An additional de-matting fee may be applied.
Fleas
If your dog attends the salon for it's groom and has fleas we will complete the groom however there will be an additional £40.00 fee for cleaning as we then have to a deep clean of the salon before the next dog is welcomed into the salon.
Payment Terms
Payment is required in full upon completion of the grooming service. We accept cash and major credit/debit cards.
Complaints
If for any reason you are not happy with the service you've received, please let us know within 48hrs and we'll be happy to rectify any issues
